Job Title: Administrative Assistant to the Credit Department

Job Summary:

Provide support over administrative functions within the department. Assists the Chief Credit Officer with policy formulation, assessment of loan performance and credit quality. Supports the Chief Credit Officer and Compliance Officer as needed in matters effecting loan production and documentation. Acts as a resource person for CLP supervisor, CLP, Loan Ops, and lending personnel in various loan related matters. Provide customer service to external parties when necessary and appropriate.

Job Functions

* Create and perform various investigative functions to ensure credit quality, accurate and complete compliance, and collateral documentation.

* Perform loan investigation and correct and/or report any errors found to CLP Supervisor and Loan Ops Supervisor as necessary.

* Assist various Bank personnel with query related inquiries.

* Assist the CLP Supervisor and Compliance Officer in loan related issues as needed.

* Participate in training opportunities, including loan policy, loan documentation, and compliance. Develop training material for lending personnel.

* Coordinate and perform special projects as requested.

* Auditor/examiner liaison. Coordinate external audit and exams offering support to auditors and examiners as required.

* Loan Policy management and updates.

* Monthly Loan Officer Analysis, Growth reports, and Goal Tracking - monthly Division and Lender Addendum reports to Chief Operating Officer.

* Prepare quarterly QCR worksheet (FHLB) and provide to Accounting.

* Prepare Exception Analysis report for Audit Committee presentation.

* Letters of credit - approves verbiage and manages tracking and reporting as required.

* Monthly nonaccrual credit grade changes.

* Track investment secured loans for quarterly review.

* Complete CRE concentration ratio calculations worksheet.

* Monitor and track OGLOCs and notify lenders of any expired contracts.

* Prepare quarterly Board reports/presentations:

* Stock Report

* Adversely Graded

* Concentrations

* FDIC Part 365 LTV

* Relationships >$5MM

* Trends in AG

* Financial Exception tracking

* Collateral Exception tracking

* Past Due tracking

* Assist Chief Credit Officer as needed.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

* Previous Administrative Support experience preferred.

* Ability to acquire complete knowledge of bank policies and procedures, loan documentation and regulatory compliance.

* Demonstrate problem solving skills and abilities.

* Displays high degree of ethics, integrity, and values.

* Demonstrates a team attitude toward the Bank and coworkers.

* Ability to successfully multitask.

* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
