Job Description :
Administrative AssistantHours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and distributing companywide emails.
  • Managing and organizing spreadsheets using Excel.
  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Answering and directing phone calls.
  • Directing office traffic and assisting visitors.
  • Filling in for the front desk as needed.
  • Scheduling meetings with multiple participants using Outlook and Teams.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Experience working in a high-volume office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional appearance and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong work history
