Job Posting Administrative Assistant - Human Resources Part-Time (24 hours per week) Responsible for customer service functions of the Human Resources Department. Assist employees and applicants with Human Resource issues. Performs administrative and clerical related duties. May assist the HR Director or Manager, as applicable. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Education: - Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field required Experience: - 3-5 years' business, administration experience Skills: - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to comprehend and follow instructions - Familiarity with regulatory standards - Adhere to HIPAA guidelines/regulations Functions of the Position (not an exhaustive list): - Responsible for customer service functions of the HR department.
