This is a 12 month part-time contract position, 18-20 hours/week, 3 days/week. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
Responsibilities
- Fielding phone calls
- Receiving and directing visitors
- Typing, filing and faxing
- Customer Service
- Performing data entry
- Requesting information from internal and external customers
- Scan, fax and email information to customers
- Calling to file reports
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Inventory and time management skills are a plus
- Communication skills
- Mailing and receiving/processing mail
