Job Description :

This is a 12 month part-time contract position, 18-20 hours/week, 3 days/week. The ideal candidate will have the ability to perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.

Responsibilities

  • Fielding phone calls
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Typing, filing and faxing
  • Customer Service
  • Performing data entry
  • Requesting information from internal and external customers
  • Scan, fax and email information to customers
  • Calling to file reports

Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Inventory and time management skills are a plus
  • Communication skills
  • Mailing and receiving/processing mail
