POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing administrative and customer service support within RPS division.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* Responsible for entering transactions and processing in multiple software applications.
* Balances and reconciles multiple systems.
* Provides internal and external customer service and communications.
* Creates and maintains various written correspondence.
* Responsible for daily activity of incoming/outgoing mail and filing.
* Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
* Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs all other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
* One (1) - two (2) years of related experience preferred.
* Previous accounting experience preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills to work in team environment.
* Good organizational skills.
* Computer skills; prior experience with spreadsheets and applications.
* Customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to meet deadlines.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal or occasional travel for meetings, projects or training as needed.
