This position will provide advanced administrative support to CST department leaders, organize multi-management calendars, schedule complex meetings/conference rooms, maintain standard department-related materials, and manage distribution. This role will write, proofread, and distribute/mail correspondence reports, and letters as requested. Other duties consist of preparing agendas, attending meetings, and taking/transcribing minutes, while maintaining strict confidentiality. The Administrative Assistant III position must have strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times.
