- Business Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm M-F
- Desired Work Hours: Any hours within business hours if a temporary or part-time position is desired.
Primary Job Functions:? Be a primary contact for general inquiries by phone, email, or in person.? Keep office and kitchen supplies organized and order what's needed.? Maintain the conference room schedule and ensure they are well-kept.? Welcome guests and visitors and help them with their needs.? Maintain the company's property and facilities, including communication with the landlord and vendors.? Assist the office manager in organizing company meetings and events.? Help arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and restaurant bookings.? Provide support to employees with various tasks as needed (e.g., gathering information).? Process administrative account payable bills and invoices to the system, ensuring timely processing.? Keep data and files updated, especially the office supplies and equipment list.? Help the office manager and other senior team members to process payables, research projects, and maintain files and data.? Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by senior staff members and upper management in HR/Administration and the back-office team.? Water plants, move them for sunlight on weekends, and check their health.? Perform inventory counts on snacks and gather feedback from coworkers about preferences.? Maintain high ethical standards in the workplace.? Maintain good communication with management, office staff, and outside contacts.? Compliance with all company policies and procedures.? Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.Skills:
- Familiarity with computers and peripherals, tech-savvy.
- Proficient in software applications, especially Excel (pivot table, formulas, v-lookup).
- Microsoft applications (Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
