APR Consulting, Inc. has been engaged to identify an Administrative AssistantLocation: Santa Barbara, CA 93105 - 100% onsite Position: Administrative Assistant Unit: Finance Pay Rate: $25.50 - 27.50 /hr. Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00PM (start and end time can be flex) JOB PURPOSE Looking for a professional and driven Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day functions of the Finance department. This is a fast-paced environment! The team is looking for someone with background in Finance/Accounting. Will consider someone with a background in healthcare. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Supplier edits in Oracle (previous Oracle experience would be a huge plus!) •Data entry •Triaging phone calls •Orderings supplies •Opening and distributing mail Must Haves: •Experience with Excel and Word •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Professional - Candidate will be reporting onsite 5 days/week •Collaborative - Working directly with AP Staff Our client is the one of the largest Healthcare Staffing Provider in the United States, to be assigned at one of their affiliated hospitals/healthcare facilities.
