- Assembling tax returns for clients.
- Answering phone calls and directing them as deemed appropriate.
- Assisting with the firm's monthly billing, making bank deposits and posting payments.
- Performing general clerical duties
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of related experience - prior experience with a public accounting firm is desired, but not required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Works well in a team environment.
