Our company is Seeking a dynamic administrative professional to be responsible for the overall administrative support to the Affordable Housing Development team at Related, based in midtown New York. The ideal candidate for this position will be have good general accounting knowledge, collections experience, and be very detail-oriented. Primary Responsibilities: •Provide administrative support to Senior Executives and their team members •Provide general administrative duties, including but not limited to, all correspondence (phone, email, and mail), filing systems, word processing and technical/equipment support. •Heavy calendar management. •Manage and coordinate meeting and travel schedules. •Coordinate itineraries. •Process expenses, invoices and reconciliations. •Assist with development project management.
