Partners Personnel is seeking Administrative Assistant for a Contract to Hire position for our client. Monday to Friday -7:00 or 8:00 am start time – 40/hours a week - $35,360 to 39,520/yearly DOE. Urgent Need – start ASAP for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests at the front door, answer telephone calls, route calls to appropriate personnel, and take and distribute messages as needed.
  • Pick up, sort, and distribute mail to appropriate personnel; prepare and send out mailings as requested.
  • Accurately prepare internal and external correspondence; ensure timely and accurate filing of company documents.
  • Efficiently input data into software systems, generate reports for management, and maintain file cabinets with current materials and publications.
  • Assist in preliminary work on customer quotations; send approved quotes to customers via mail or fax.
  • Enter purchase requisitions into the ERP system, place orders for equipment and supplies, and analyze purchasing history for cost and quantity evaluations.
  • Maintain employee files, including new hire/termination paperwork, evaluations, training records, and insurance information. Coordinate with outside staffing and health services.
  • Provide clerical assistance to management personnel, support production with data entry, and perform other duties as assigned.
