Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

- Handle tenant requests and issues with efficiency through the work order system and email, ensuring top-notch resolution.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair services for both the hotel and parking garage, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Manage correspondence and communication with tenants, vendors, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
- Maintain meticulous records and files related to property management operations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support the Property Administrator with routine office tasks such as data entry and report preparation, keeping operations streamlined.
- Engage directly with tenants to enhance their experience and address any concerns with a personal touch.
- Play a role in organizing and coordinating exciting property events or meetings, contributing to a vibrant community environment.
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
