No weekends. Pay: From $19.00 per hour; pay commensurate with experience and skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Communicate with customers via email, telephone and at the pickup window
  • Resolve customer problems; gather information on order or delivery issues and forward to the appropriate person for immediate action
Administrative Processes
  • Set up customer accounts, along with credit application and tax exemption forms
  • Set up and maintain sales pricing
  • Process payments, credits and returns
  • Print and mail invoices to customer accounts
Logistics Support
  • Calculate Shipping costs and provide quotes
  • Process truck and UPS/FedEx orders to ship
  • Resolve unconfirmed Pick Tickets; create backorder report; file claims
  • Enter and maintain product weights into inventory system
Additional Duties as Assigned
  • Print operational manuals and marketing materials
  • Pay certain truck invoices
  • Other duties as needed per branch location

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Service/Sales/Office Administration required
    • Telephone or receptionist experience preferred
