Major Goals and Responsibilities :Handling general administrative requests and queries from managers. Provide timely responses and feedback to customers with questions and/or changes to their service. Work with various vendors on billing for monthly and one-time services. Aid with overflow of workload from accounting or contract specialists. RequirementsEssential Activities :Contract and Accounting Duties
- Follow up with customers on past due invoices including aging
- Handle incoming calls for questions on invoices
- Handle customer disputes and credits
- Enter customer payments in system
- Work with vendors regarding billing issues and disputes
- Work with the contract specialist on assigned contracts
- Help document Admin Team processes
General Administration Duties
- Coffee and water machine maintenance
- Office and kitchen supply upkeep
- Happy Hour and office event assistance
- Other general administration duties as needed

Prerequisites (i.e. education, experience):
- The candidate for this position will possess a high school education. A college degree is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience in a business environment. Prior industry experience is considered an advantage.
- The candidate must have proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software experience.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to work full-time.
- Must be able to sit, stand or stoop for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
