Description of the role:The Administrative Assistant at Blooming Buds Learning Center will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the center. They will perform various clerical and administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phone calls, organizing and maintaining files and documents, scheduling appointments, and assisting in daily operations.Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
