    • Administrative Support: Manage daily administrative tasks including handling incoming and outgoing mail, processing address changes, maintaining invoice records, answering phone calls, and managing filing systems. Provide additional support as needed.
    • Account Setup: Establish and manage accounts in both C.D.K. and Enrich systems. Ensure all required information is collected and accurate. Collaborate with branches to gather necessary documentation.
    • Credit Application Management: Process incoming credit applications, working closely with customers to ensure all required information is provided. Coordinate with Credit Analysts to facilitate approval or denial decisions. Send out welcome packets or denial notices, and communicate updates to relevant branches.
    • Credit Card Reconciliation: Perform daily reconciliation of credit card transactions for the department, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
