Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and correspondents. Assist all parties doing business as well as assist faculty, staff, and students. Manage the distribution and tracking of keys, copier access, and parking passes. Serve as a general resource for all direct inquiries from faculty, staff, and students. Process travel reimbursements for a group of faculty via Concur. Serve as point of contact for questions regarding transaction policy and procedure. Assist in the planning and coordination of department-wide events along with other administrative staff. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of faculty, staff, and students.

Hard Skills

+ 2-3 years administrative experience

+ Microsoft Suite

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Work Environment

100% on site - Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4pm. Parking is NOT included - roughly $60/month. Street parking is free.
