This position provides full-time, administrative support to the Executive Director of Enrollment Operations and the Enrollment Center with a heavy focus on data management.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF THE FUNCTION

This position provides full-time, administrative support to the Executive Director of Enrollment Operations with a heavy focus on data management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

An Associate of Arts or Applied Science degree is strongly preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalency diploma is required, plus two-five years of administrative support or data management experience is required. Excellent typing skills, data management and analysis, and broad computer skills are required daily.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Maintain knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.

* Provide full-time support to the Executive Director of Enrollment Operations and the Enrollment Center.

* Run daily reports to clean, manage, and analyze enrollment center data.

* Perform daily data entry of prospective student, current student, and applicant data in Workday from a variety of sources including ACT imports, website inquiries, prospect cards, recruitment events, transcripts, and applications.

* Review and edit student data daily including contact information, residency details, recruiting event attendance, and student admission documents.

* Assist with a wide scope of admission-related data management, including transcripts, admissions holds, and residency.

* Merge duplicate student records daily while maintaining data integrity.

* Assist with the audit by reviewing data for accuracy and making approved changes.

* Scan and index documents daily into a digital filing platform.

* Maintain the fixed asset inventory for the department.

* Complete purchases for the Enrollment Center through Purchase Order, Check Request, and P-card, providing the proper quotes and documentation.

* Conduct thorough follow-up of purchases to ensure timely payment.

* Maintain annual P-card training and purchasing privileges.

* Assist with special projects, as needed.

* Maintain broad knowledge of the enrollment process and programs and services available at the College.

* Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, prospective students, and current students.

* Assist with answering inbound phone calls and appropriately answer enrollment-related questions.

* Maintain excellent computer skills and daily use of all Microsoft Office Products, including in-depth use of Excel and CSV files. Daily manipulation of excel data is required.

* Handle confidential student information and records.

* Participates in implementing campus policies, procedures, and objectives.

* Works 37.5 hours per week and a flexible schedule when needed. Work hours typically range from 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Fridays, with extended office hours at select times of the academic year.

* Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate authority.
