We offer a broad range of expertise and services in maintaining commercial environments from retail spaces to hotels to apartment complexes to healthcare facilities. Our goal is to ensure that facility and property managers have a single point of contact to meet all of their facility maintenance needs. We are quality-oriented and community-minded.GET TO KNOW THE ROLEIn your role as an Administrative Assistant, you will serve as a key point of contact between the executive director, managers, and business partners. Your day will begin with coordinating high-level meetings, where you will take precise notes and ensure all participants are aligned on objectives. You will monitor communications and workflow, upholding company standards while preparing job close-outs and billing documentation. Occasionally, you will engage in fieldwork to gather data and conduct visual inspections, ensuring our projects are executed effectively.This is a full-time position based in Bellingham, WA, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. While the role is primarily office-based, there may be occasional requirements for fieldwork.The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
  • Associate's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to perform all of the physical requirements of the position
