ND Paper is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Administrative Assistant. This role will work directly with mill leadership and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities:
* Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work
* Process requisitions, service entries & expediting materials and services to meet business needs
* Written and verbal communication with vendors
* Process expense reports for Leadership Team
* Act as the liaison to the corporate office & develop relationships with executive contacts, on behalf of the mill leadership team
* General administrative support
* Prepare internal and external leadership documents for team members
* Maintain an organized filing system
* Develop and sustain a level of professionalism
* Other administrative office duties as assigned
* Work in and traverse a manufacturing facility safely

Experience Required:
* SAP experience preferred
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
