Regular use of office software, such as Microsoft Office or project management tools, improves technical proficiency.Job Duties: Entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Handling incoming calls, emails, and mail.Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience. Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Be able to troubleshoot day-to-day issues, enhancing problem-solving abilities.Skills: Interpersonal and communication skills. Be able to work independently and in a teamwork environment.
