What You'll Do:

Support Our Heroes: Help coordinate Client/Caregiver schedules, ensuring our caregivers can provide the best care possible.

Be the Office Dynamo: Handle essential office duties—answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and keeping things running smoothly.

Recruit the Best: Assist in the recruiting process, from phone screens to reference checks, making sure we bring in top talent.

Stay Compliant: Ensure we meet all regulatory requirements and follow our internal policies.

Make a Difference: Provide 1v1 caregiving services on a regular basis, building meaningful relationships with our clients.

Be On-Call: Occasionally step in for weekend and evening on-call duties to ensure our clients are always supported.

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification preferred.

2 years of administrative experience.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Passion for helping seniors live independently.

Valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle.

Ability to pass a Driving Record and Background check.

Part time to start.
