Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant creates and maintains a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication to all levels of employees. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing then to relevant staff.
- Monitor office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, and electronics as required.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Create, maintain, and organize databases and excel spreadsheet.
- Prepare letters, presentations, and reports.
- Help in coding and processing invoices.
- Stay updated on technical and professional information.
- Partnering and coordinating with accounts payable/ receivable.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
