An accounting firm in Pinellas County is searching for an Administrative Assistant to work with multiple partners of the firm through tax season. This position will support the client management aspect of the business including preparing financial statements, letters to clients and other types of document preparation. The right person for the position will be a self starting, energetic, well rounded individual with great computer/Microsoft Office skills.This position is hiring immediately! Apply today! This position is a temporary role through April 30th.Duties:- Handling the writing of letters and reports and other types of documents- Develop relationships with clients as they have questions or need additional informaiton- Will be working on deadlines to finish projects- Will need to be able to multi task and support multiple people.- Answering phones as needed.Skills:- Critically important that the right candidate be very computer savvy and able to self identify work that needs to be completed. - Strong time management skills- Excellent customer service, both written and verbal- Familiar with and able to use the various Microsoft Office programs- Solid typing and grammatical skills. - Excellent attention to detail and able to focus. - Outstanding work ethic and a commitment to performing at a high levelAll candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screenCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00
