Job Description: Pay Range: $21hr $23hr
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Screen incoming correspondence, refer to appropriate staff, and follow up to assure timely response.
- Knowledge of office administration and management; proper grammar, punctuation and spelling; business communications and ability to take notes is necessary.
- Maintains physical and digital filing system.
- Answering phone.
- Greeting patients.
- Registering (signing in) patients.
- Verifying information/demographic information.
- Making appointments.
- Making appointment reminder calls.
- Filing, copying, scanning documents.
- Ordering supplies.
- Auditing charts for documentation completion/compliance.
- Working within MHARS (electronic medical record).
- Other duties as requested/required.
