Administrative Assistant Job description Local manufacturing company currently seeking an Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions and assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes. -Timekeeping tracking, Kronos or ADP experience is a plus Assist in organizing training and development initiatives for staff. Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and managers. Help with payroll processing and benefits administration. Contribute to employee relations activities and events. Requirements: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Knowledge of HR processes including sourcing, recruitment, training development, and employee relations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
