- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain appointment calendars for department managers or supervisors; may also coordinate meeting amenities, such as refreshments.
- Update and maintain databases, system applications, files, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information, and prepare reports as directed.
- File documents according to established procedures for both on-site storage and long-term archiving.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, interoffice messages, and faxes throughout the department.
Skill Set Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A willingness to learn and follow directions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
