To recruit, retain, and support students through the creation of intentional interactions, and outreach in preparation for leadership and life beyond college.
Minimum Qualifications
Proficient in general office management practices and customer relations skills
* Greet campus and community visitors to the office
* Support leadership by serving as a campus resource
* Work with department directors on proper budget development and management
* Oversee any assigned budgets
* Support units in the procurement process
* Knowledge of grammar, punctuation, spelling, office procedures, basic math, skill in typing
* Ability to effectively communicate, including working with the general public.
* Ability to use automated equipment.
* Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions; collect, assemble, and disseminate information
* Time management; stress management.
* Experience as receptionist and/or office assistant
* Provide clerical support

Bachelors Degree Preferred.
