Summary:
The Administrative Assistant role provides administrative support to the department leader and staff. Greets and registers patients, answers phones, and takes messages. Serves as a receptionist and scheduler. Utilizes and maintains departmental computerized registration, scheduling and patient records.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: One year of experience in a fast paced office setting required. Experience in a medical setting preferred.
