Akkodis is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). Responsibilities include providing executive support by managing calendars, preparing presentations, and ensuring the efficient flow of information across teams. Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:
- Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Assisting with strategic projects and creating presentations, reports, and analysis.
- Taking meeting notes and tracking action items to support efficiency and accountability.
- Communicating with leadership and team members to gather and convey relevant information.
- Organizing and maintaining internal and external event calendars and key deadlines.
- Providing back-up administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Preparing and submitting expense reports using tools like Concur and Ariba (if applicable).
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook calendar management.
- Experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred.
