Job Description :
Akkodis is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). Responsibilities include providing executive support by managing calendars, preparing presentations, and ensuring the efficient flow of information across teams. Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:
  • Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Assisting with strategic projects and creating presentations, reports, and analysis.
  • Taking meeting notes and tracking action items to support efficiency and accountability.
  • Communicating with leadership and team members to gather and convey relevant information.
  • Organizing and maintaining internal and external event calendars and key deadlines.
  • Providing back-up administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and timely completion of tasks.
  • Preparing and submitting expense reports using tools like Concur and Ariba (if applicable).
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook calendar management.
  • Experience in Banking/Financial Services preferred.
