Our client in New Kensington, PA is searching for an Administrative Assistant to add to their team.Job Description:- Assist in accounting, human resources, customer service functions as well as other duties as assigned- Prepare and submit monthly reports- Support accounting department with invoicing, data entry, and reconciliations- Assist HR with onboarding processes, employee records, and benefits- Provide exceptional customer service and answer questions while on the phone- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and agenda preparationsJob RequirementsJob Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred- General office knowledge- Flexibility to work overtime hours when needed
