- The Administrative Assistant is an integral member of the administrative team, assuring smooth daily operations of the residential treatment facility.
- Under the immediate supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant assists in maintaining the daily operations of the treatment facility. The Administrative Assistant serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies facility personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications.

Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years' experience working in an office setting.
- Ability to follow directives explicitly, intrinsic motivation, client-driven services disposition, excellent time management skills, team approach, with advanced computer skills.
- Payroll or time tracking experience preferred.
- Schedule flexibility may be REQUIRED to accommodate client admissions.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains adherence to HIPAA compliance in ALL communication regarding clients in treatment.
- Answers all incoming telephone calls to the residential facility, takes messages, transfers calls as warranted.
- Greets and assists all visitors, receives mail and packages daily.
- Prepares correspondence for Management, including spreadsheets.
- Maintains confidential files and materials as directed, maintains professional boundaries.
- Manages requests from the Executive team.
- Cultural sensitivity and ethical attention to all clients and callers.
- Understanding and implementation of professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
- Professional appearance, both in-person and via telephone with team-centered demeanor.
