We are currently looking for a Production Clerk to work in a prestigious financial company in Brentwood, NY. Hours: Monday- Friday, 11 AM to 7:30 PM, with the ability to work from 11AM-11:30PM during busy periods, including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities
+ Requires ability to handle clerical work such as responding to emails and scanning documents.
+ Requires ability to communicate professionally verbally and via email with Client Representatives, Production Team, and Management.
+ Requires frequent interaction and collaboration with members of our team.
+ Role will be responsible for communicating job instructions to production, which will require the use of excel, databases, and various systems.
+ Actively participate in departmental process improvements or key projects that improve quality and increase productivity.
+ Time Management Skills; Ability to meet target dates and work under tight deadlines.
+ Ability to multitask.
+ Effectively and efficiently resolve issues and inquiries in a timely/professional manner that are escalated by Production Operations and Client Services.
The essential functions of this role include:
