The Permanent Mission of Andorra to the United Nations, which is also the Embassy of the Principality of Andorra to the United States of America, Canada, and Mexico, is looking for an Executive Assistant who is experienced in the United Nations and the work in Missions. This full-time opportunity is for someone who is proactive, well organized, and flexible, with years of experience and with the ability to work in a fast-paced office. Full computer literacy with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Administrative Assistant's duties may include, but are not limited to: Administrative Assistant to all personnel working at the Permanent Mission, Provides administrative support to the administrative pool and the rest of the diplomatic team in their duties Manage the calendar and schedule appointments, screen calls, visits and e-mails. Draft routine correspondence such as letters and Notes Verbales Process staff accreditations and renewals with UN Protocol, US Mission and relevantauthorities, and other administrative requirements Plan and travel arrangements for the personnel at the PM Process requests about Andorra Follow up with vendor servicing contracts for the Mission Order office supplies Organize events Update administrative procedures LANGUAGES: English fluency, both written and spoken, required Spanish or French proficiency are an asset for applicants Catalan, highly welcome The salary will be communicated to the applicants during the process of selection.
