Our Northwest Houston Energy client is searching for an Administrative Assistant to assist with HSE duties and perform a variety of other clerical and administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient performance of the company.
Job Duties Include
- Assist with Health and Safety, i.e., policy & procedure maintenance, statistic tracking, etc.
- Assist with Vehicle & equipment maintenance, i.e., Vehicle PM, Rig Iron Certifications, ITC maintenance
- Coordinate & schedule shipping for operations team
- Assist with purchasing, i.e., purchase orders, vendor setup, and expense report submissions
- Assist with DOT Administration/Certifications; Mileage & Fuel Reporting, Teletrac ELD Maintenance, Truck Binder
- Welcome and direct visitors, vendors, and clients
- Monday.com maintenance
- Maintain digital filing systems, i.e., pre-deployment packets, etc.
- Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
- Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings
- Record and distribute action items from meetings
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or relevant experience
- Previous Administrative experience is preferred
