Duties*
Responsible for providing administrative support within Business Operations for multiple Gas Distribution Scheduling locations. The Administrative Assistant may be working in these areas: Gas Distribution scheduling support, Manager support or special projects. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Purchase card reconciliation for truck permitting.
- MDOT permit processing.
- Processing of Gas Distribution site checks.
- Processing permit requests for various municipalities.
- Submission of Miss Dig Tickets.
- Verbal and written customer communication / coordination for Gas Distribution work.
