Description of the role: The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team at Equitable Advisors in Williamsville, NY. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. This role is a part time position of 30 - 32 hours per week with the potential to be full time in addition to further growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Prepare and edit documents, reports
- Coordinate and organize meetings and events
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Complete paperwork and follow up on processing requirements
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies
- Maintain and update databases and records
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Benefits:
