Administrative Assistant

Pride Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of its clients in Massachusetts.

This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Location – Worcester, Massachusetts (01610)

Length of assignment – 3 months (Possibility of an extension)

Pay range - $20 - $22.50 per hour.

Shift – 8 am – 4:30 pm shift Mon-Fri (35 hours per week)

Job Summary

  • Manage and maintain records related to fire and building inspections, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and organized.
  • Greet and coordinate with inspectors during scheduled inspections, ensuring proper access and supporting communication.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of inspection schedules and reports.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update information on SharePoint, ensuring accurate records for facilities-related projects.
  • Assist with various tasks in the facilities department, supporting ongoing building maintenance and operational needs.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Provide clerical support to other departments or teams as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency.
  • At least 3 years of relevant administrative or clerical experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in a facilities department or similar environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with fire and building inspection procedures, including record-keeping and interacting with inspectors.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
