Provides excellent customer care.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Interfaces with insurance companies in regards to referrals, prior authorizations and other insurance related issues.
- Responds to telephonic and email inquiries from current and prospective clients, outside providers and insurance companies.
- Created visits vs billing reports and submits billing as assigned.
- Participates in meetings and supervisions.
- Works closely with billing department.
- Creates and submits reports as assigned.
- Participates in ordering, use and reconciliation of metro cards.
- Under the guidance of front desk supervisor manages clinicians and prescribers schedules.
- Directs client traffic, places reminder calls.
- Covers front desk as scheduled.
- Takes client's referral information, triages urgency of the appointment, verifies insurance and assigns an intake appointment. Tracks referral and intake outcomes.
- Runs and distributes reports as assigned by an administrator and clinic supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by Clinic Administrator and Clinic Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED is required
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience
