Akkodis is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Contract job with a client in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate travel, and handle sensitive communications for senior leadership.Rate Range: $22/hour to $25/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Administrative Assistant job responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing schedules for senior leadership, including arranging appointments and establishing agendas.
- Arranging and coordinating business travel, meetings, and conference calls for managers and division heads.
- Screening phone calls and managing incoming mail for executives.
- Performing word processing duties and producing reports, charts, and presentations using software tools.
- Serving as a contact point for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring the timely completion of tasks by following organizational procedures.
- Managing office supply inventory and processing onboarding/offboarding forms.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and handling complex, confidential tasks.
Desired Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
