You'll play a key role in a transformative movement to end homelessness and food insecurity through prevention, support, and housing solutions that create long-term stability for those we serve.*Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week, including a 30-minute paid lunch (some exceptions apply).*Comprehensive benefits package: •Medical, vision, and dental•401(k) Retirement plan•Paid Time Off (PTO)•(12) Paid Holidays (1) Floating Holiday•Life Insurance•Long-Term DisabilityJoin us and be part of a team that is charting a new path toward a world with fewer evictions, more stability, and lasting independence for all.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:•Development Administrative Tasks (~67% of time)oRun reports in agency's donor database and provide to leadershipoEnsure data accuracy and regularly clean the database (e.g., remove duplicates, update outdated records)oWrite and mail donor thank you notesoSchedule posts on agency's social media accountsoEnsure agency website has updated contentoCollect and organize materials needed for grant applications (e.g., financial reports, impact data)oPrepare grant application materials for mailing (if applicable)•IT Administrative Tasks (~33% of time)oProvide administrative support on office equipment, computers, copiers, scanners, phone, and voicemail systems.•Liaise with vendors as needed oProvide basic technology support with computers, laptops, mobile phones, apps, copiers, and printers.oMaintain and update inventory of agency assets, including computers, laptops, mobile phones, and other standard office equipmentoManage and maintain the FOB software and staff ID cards oAct as the liaison with IT vendors for computers, copiers, software systemsoAssist new staff with setting up workstations, laptops, printers, and other equipment/software (with the support of vendors) as part of the new hire orientation processoCoordinate maintenance of office equipmentQualifications:•A Bachelor's degree in business or liberal arts (or related field) and/or at least 5 years of administrative experience required•Excellent verbal and written communication skills•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail•Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines•Highly motivated, team-oriented, great at multitasking, creative, and has excellent interpersonal skills•Must have a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation with proof of insurance Expectations:•Have a solutions-based approach to presented problems.•Prioritizes work without direct supervision and can complete assignments on time.•Positive role model as a professional that represents the agency's culture.•Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client's and employee's personal information, living, and health status.Physical Demands:•The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
