PathPoint is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Luis Obispo, CA.In this role, you'll use your organizational and interpersonal skills to help ensure smooth office operations by taking on a variety of administrative support projects. We're looking for a resourceful individual with a no task is too big or too small mentality and a desire to use their skills to make a difference every day.About PathPoint: PathPoint is a nonprofit dedicated to helping people flourish. We partner with children, adults, and families to foster hope, build life skills, access support systems, and form meaningful relationships. We serve communities across Kern, Los Angeles, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position starting at $19.50-$20.50 per hour, $19.80-$20.80 if bilingual. The pay range is $16.50-$23.74 an hour, the pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.PathPoint Perks and Benefits:

What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for all callers and visitors, including regular interaction with people supported in our programs.
- Open and distribute daily incoming mail.
- Maintain various databases and e-filing systems.
- Manage inventory of office and program supplies.
- May assist with various Human Resources projects, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and onboarding new employees.
- Assist with different accounting functions such as bank deposits and reconciliations.
Position Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service approach.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus!
- Must have a valid California driver's license and satisfactory driving record for completing errands in the San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria areas.

- High school diploma or GED is required
