- Processes include generating manual invoice, processing refunds, and detailed problem resolution through the accounts. Responsible for the credit card rejection file by researching them.
- Responsible for maintaining organized files and back up documentation for daily work. Responsible for coordinating billing activities with other staff. Responsible for reporting monthly activity. Processes include use of desktop computer resources, a variety of software, and written and verbal communication with EA program areas, AR staff and IT staff.
- Batch and process checks for automated invoices into the Standard Invoice and Payment Systems (SIPS). Research checks that are rejected by the system and take appropriate action once the problem is identified.
- Serve as the backup for answering the phone and lunch coverage which may include processing credit card payments, handling mail, and greeting visitors.
- Other duties as assigned. Processes include miscellaneous technical and administrative AR activities not defined above.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
- High school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment
- A bachelor's degree with multiple accounting courses may be substituted for the required work experience.
