Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Operator and Maintenance Training on an annual basis.
- Support in enhancing New Hire Orientation, Onboarding Training, and On-the-Job Training processes.
- Help ensure Compliance Training is automated, tracked, and reported in collaboration with safety, quality, and environmental teams.
- Maintain detailed records of all training activities and ensure they are accurately tracked and measured.
- Contribute to the creation of learning solutions and updating content as necessary.
- Drive training efficiencies across roles to reduce costs and improve overall training effectiveness.
- Provide administrative support for all training programs, including tracking progress and evaluating results.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Forms).
- Multitasking and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and track training data.
- Ability to disaggregate data and generate reports.
- Industry knowledge and familiarity with training processes (preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (preferred but not required).
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify skill gaps and forecast future training needs.
- Partnering and influencing skills to work collaboratively with various teams.
