Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant is responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and support related to sales center.What your day will look like:
  • Proactive and polished verbal and written communication style
  • Responsible for generating high quality emails and documents that will be distributed to individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate the Sales Center Manager schedule; prioritizing functions and appointments, ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other duties of the sales center are carried out seamlessly
  • Provide support to any projects and coordinate meetings, sales rallies, and business activities for location
  • Responsible for demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Provide administrative support to include travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, expense report processing, reporting, calendar management and other administrative tasks
  • Responsible for Margin Minder Reports
  • Create Hot Shot orders
  • Assist with donation programs
  • Orders items for division as assigned
  • Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management
What you need to succeed:
  • Minimum age 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines
  • Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets
  • Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to create and prepare professional presentations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple managers
  • Ability to work independently as well as be a collaborative member of a team
  • Ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle highly confidential and non-routine information ethically and sensitively
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, software programs, and reporting systems
  • Ability to learn, interpret, and explain company policies and procedures
  • Ability to demonstrate independent judgment, strong sense of ownership, positive attitude, self-motivation and strong accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical RequirementsPosition will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
