We need an organized Administrative Assistant to manage our growth. The company has grown to three divisions, construction, power generation, and oilfield division located in Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, and West Virginia. The Administrative Assistant answers the phone, distributes mail, assists management with payroll, customer invoicing and coding of bills to pay, mobile deposits, and works closely with other departments to handle special projects that will not interfere with primary responsibilities.
Schedule: Flexible 3 days (8 AM to 4 PM).
