Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant to provide support to an executive leader and their team. This fast-paced role requires multitasking and the ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, ordering supplies, and assisting with other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive leader and their team.
- Manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference rooms; arrange travel and order refreshments as needed.
- Handle incoming calls and messages; ensure continuous coverage with other administrative assistants.
- Monitor office supplies and handle inventory; track expenditures.
- Prepare reports, memos, meeting minutes, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize team times and availability for scheduling purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned and participate in special projects.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of administrative or secretarial experience, preferably in a corporate or IT-related setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:
