Job Description :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and professional Temp-to-Hire Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rockville, MD. This is a temp-to-hire position with a competitive pay rate of $18-$20 per hour. Upon successful performance, the position may convert to a full-time role with a salary of up to $45,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
  • Oversee complex scheduling and calendar management for multiple executives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and support various projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Qualifications:

  • Proven reliability and professionalism, with the ability to work on-site five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A bachelor's degree is desired but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all.
