This is a temp-to-hire position with a competitive pay rate of $18-$20 per hour. Upon successful performance, the position may convert to a full-time role with a salary of up to $45,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
- Oversee complex scheduling and calendar management for multiple executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and support various projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Qualifications:
- Proven reliability and professionalism, with the ability to work on-site five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A bachelor's degree is desired but not required. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn above all.
