Responsibilities
- Handle and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule and confirm meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure timely distribution of action items.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents.
- Coordinate Merchandising and Marketing projects, including page allocations in advertisements.
- Arrange and facilitate onsite vendor meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with the leadership to develop, update, and maintain merchandising policies and procedures.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication of these policies across teams, with an emphasis on accuracy and clarity in all documentation.
- Prepare, format, and proofread detailed reports, presentations, and other documents using advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of administrative experience or equivalent of experience and education.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
