Our New York City office is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Job Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.

  • Compensation: $26.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (approximately 40 hours/week)

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • 2yrs of experience in an administrative role with strong customer service skills.
  • Healthcare knowledge a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication and follow up skills
  • Data entry skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience conducting phones calls to gather information from customers/clients

Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

  • Comply with ATC policies/procedures.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolve administrative issues and troubleshoot common office challenges
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Document activities accurately and completely using both Excel and the payroll/billing system
  • Comprehensive lead generation
  • Be an ATC Healthcare brand ambassador to develop and maintain positive relationships with potential clients
  • Communicate information effectively to appropriate personnel
  • Administrative support to the Branch Manager
